Professor Rickey Yada, Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences; Former President of International Academy of Food Science and Technology and International Union of Food Science and Technology; Co-Editor-in-Chief of Trends in Food Science and Technology.

Professor Jianping Wu, Associate Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences; Fellow of the International Academy of Food Science and Technology; Editor-in-Chief of Food Reviews International.

Professor Henry An, Department Head of Resource Economics and Environmental Sociology, Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences; Associate Editor of Agribusiness.

The three experts will share cutting-edge research findings on three themes: the future of food science and technology, China-Canada academic collaboration, and climate-resilient innovation research.
